Oyster Knife Construction

Every OCK oyster knife blade is CNC-machined from stainless steel for precise edges, consistent quality, and a flawless fit. Each blade features a full 4.42" tang that runs deep into the handle, anchoring it for long-term strength and balance. After machining, blades are overmold-injected with the textured polypropylene handle, fusing the materials into one solid, resilient tool built to last.

The dual scraping edges, primary and secondary, enhance efficiency when severing the top and bottom oyster muscles.
