Return / Refund Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unused and undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.


Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for used, worn, or laundered items unless a manufacturing defect is found.

How to Return a Product

1) Email us at: aw.coastalcreative.com with the following details:

  • Product name
  • Purchase date and proof of purchase
  • Reason for return

2) Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please retain your tracking number for reference.

3) Our team will process your return and issue a refund upon inspection.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.
  • Final sale items are non-returnable.
