1. Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Outer Cape Kitchen website and the purchase of any products offered by Outer Cape Kitchen, a brand of Coastal Creative LLC. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and PayPal, processed through Shopify.
  • We do not collect sales tax.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Shipping Policy

  • We ship within the United States only.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Standard shipping is free and typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once an order has shipped.
  • Outer Cape Kitchen is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns and Refunds Policies

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued upon inspection of returned items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns for final sale items or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

5. Guarantee of Quality

  • Outer Cape Kitchen guarantees its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
  • This guarantee does not cover normal wear over time, improper care, misuse, neglect, or modifications.
  • If a defect is found, customers may submit a warranty claim with proof of purchase to aw.coastalcreative.com.
  • Approved claims will result in a replacement product at Outer Cape Kitchen’s discretion.

Claims may not be approved for:

  • Issues related to fit or comfort preferences.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including auction sites, secondhand stores, private sellers, or promotional giveaways.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Outer Cape Kitchen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
